Effective Date: 21 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all repairs and services provided by Jamie Faulkner AKA Limitless Repairs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a repair or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Limitless Repairs provides professional diagnostic, repair and maintenance services for a wide range of consumer electronic devices, including but not limited to:
All repairs are carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Any quotation provided is based on the information available at the time of the enquiry.
If additional faults are discovered during diagnosis or repair that affect the cost, we will contact you for approval before carrying out any additional chargeable work wherever reasonably possible.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Some devices require diagnostic testing before a fault can be confirmed.
Where a diagnostic fee has been agreed, this fee remains payable regardless of whether you decide to proceed with the repair.
Electronic repairs involve working with delicate components and devices that may already have existing faults.
By requesting a repair, you acknowledge that:
If significant additional faults are discovered, we will contact you before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting a device for repair.
Although every reasonable care is taken, repairs may occasionally require software restoration or replacement of storage-related components which could result in data loss.
Limitless Repairs accepts no responsibility for the loss of data, photographs, contacts, documents, applications or any other information stored on your device.
Where reasonably necessary to diagnose, repair or test a device, we may have incidental access to information stored on it. Any information viewed during this process is treated as strictly confidential and will never be copied, shared or used for any purpose unrelated to the repair.
We use carefully selected replacement parts that we believe provide excellent reliability and performance.
Depending on the repair, replacement components may be new, refurbished or remanufactured.
Where multiple quality options are available, these will be explained before the repair is carried out.
Many modern devices include factory-fitted water-resistant seals.
Opening a device during repair may affect its original water resistance.
Although replacement seals may be installed where appropriate, Limitless Repairs cannot guarantee that any device will remain water-resistant or waterproof following repair.
Customers should avoid exposing repaired devices to water or excessive moisture.
Unless otherwise stated, repairs carried out by Limitless Repairs include a 30-day warranty covering the replacement part supplied and the workmanship performed.
If a fault develops during the warranty period that is directly related to the repair we carried out, we will inspect the device and, where covered, repair or replace the faulty part at no additional cost.
The warranty does not cover:
All warranty claims are subject to inspection to determine the cause of the fault.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights.
If you request that we fit a part supplied by you, we cannot guarantee its quality, compatibility or reliability.
No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts, and we cannot accept responsibility for faults resulting from their use.
Payment is due once the repair has been completed unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are requested to collect repaired devices promptly after being notified that the repair is complete.
Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days may be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any further action.

Limitless Repairs does not store your payment card details.
Where permitted by law, repaired devices may be retained until payment has been received in full.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, Limitless Repairs shall not be liable for:
Our liability for any proven negligence is limited to the cost of the repair carried out or the fair market value of the device immediately before the repair, whichever is lower, except where prohibited by law.
