Yes. Repairs are carried out on an appointment-only basis so we can give your device the right time and attention. Please contact us on WhatsApp before visiting to arrange your repair.

Yes. We provide a minimum 30-day warranty on repairs. This covers manufacturing defects with the fitted part or repair, but does not cover accidental, liquid or physical damage caused after the device has been returned.

For specific, clearly identified repairs such as screen replacements, we work on a no-fix-no-fee basis. Devices with an unknown fault, or where the reported issue is inaccurate, require diagnosis and may be subject to a £25 bench fee.

Yes, wherever possible. Although we have not experienced data loss through our repairs, we recommend making an iCloud, Google or computer backup before your appointment. Limitless Repairs cannot be held responsible for data loss that may occur.

Our full diagnostic procedure for an unknown fault normally takes 24–48 hours. Once the fault has been identified, we will explain the findings, expected repair cost and likely next steps.

Repair time depends on the device, the fault and parts availability. Straightforward repairs may be completed quickly, while board-level, liquid-damage and intermittent faults can take longer. We will give you the clearest estimate possible when booking.

If we find an additional fault during the repair, we will let you know before carrying out extra work. Please note that the cost of the originally requested repair will still apply where that repair has been completed.

Please tell us if the device is water-damaged, has been opened or repaired elsewhere, has suffered a heavy impact, or has any other pre-existing issue. Accurate information helps us diagnose it safely and provide a realistic estimate.

Send the device make and exact model, a short description of the fault, what happened before it started, and clear photos where physical damage is visible. This helps us advise you more accurately before your appointment.

Yes. If diagnosis reveals work outside the original repair, we will explain what we found and provide the additional cost before proceeding. No unexpected additional repair will be carried out without your agreement.
